DC Transit Fund Helps Woman Earn Diploma

D.C.’s Adult Learners Transit Subsidy Program has helped adults like Russchelle Moore pay transportation costs to go to school. The program allowed Moore to get her diploma 24 years after attending high school. News4’s Adam Tuss has the story.
