DC Restaurant Specializes in Mole, Mezcal, Masa

The executive chef of the Southern Mexican restaurant Espita Mezcaleria, located in the Shaw neighborhood of D.C., visited News4 to talk about his three specialties: mole, mezcal and masa. “Mezcal is the most awesome thing you’ve never drank,” Alexis Samayoa explained to News4’s Erika Gonzalez.
