D.C. Residents Must Get New Licenses, IDs

No matter when your license expires, you’re going to have to get a new one if you’re licensed in the District of Columbia. D.C. is sending letters to every driver letting them know they’ll need to prove their identity with a passport or other official documents. News4’s Tom Sherwood shows us what is behind the change.
