DC Residents Weigh In on Initiative to Raise Server Wages

D.C. residents who spoke to News4 say they would still tip servers if the city passes Initiative 77, a ballot measure that would raise the minimum wage for wait staff to $15 an hour by 2025. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
