DC Residents Want Historical Context Added to Fountain in Chevy Chase

The D.C. Council recently passed a resolution that seeks to add some context to the history of one of the area’s most affluent communities. Supporters want to start with a 1938 memorial to a lawmaker and developer who held some troubling ideas about race. News4’s Derrick Ward explains.
