Northeast DC Residents Rescued Strangers After Crash

After a driver crashed into a pole on South Dakota Avenue NE, two people who live nearby jumped into action to save two people trapped inside the car. “I took a couple cracks at it, broke the window,” one of the rescuers said. News4’s Pat Collins reports.
