DC Reading Campaign Promotes Books for Children of Color

The “Read in Color” Initiative opened a new chapter at the CentroNia Child Care Center in Columbia Heights. Children in areas across the city will have access to 21 free libraries by Labor Day, NBC4’s Molette Green reports.
