DC Prepares to Enforce Stay-at-Home Order

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser says she hopes all residents comply with the stay-at-home order and police don’t have to issue any fines or penalties. News4’s Mark Segraves reports officers are patrolling neighborhood parks warning people to stop gathering and go home.
