D.C. Police, Council Weigh in on Body Camera Program Delay

D.C. police will not be getting body cameras as soon as the mayor and police chief promised. The D.C. Council voted to delay the program on Tuesday. News4’s Mark Segraves broke the story on Twitter Monday night and reports on what some consider a setback, others consider a victory.
