DC Police Arrest Man in Killings 2 Decades Apart

D.C. police say they’ve charged a man with two killings that became cold cases, including one from the 1990s. One man is charged with killing two people, two decades apart, in the same neighborhood. News4’s Pat Collins spoke with one victim’s family about finally finding justice.
