D.C. Police Test Out Tough New Bikes

D.C. police tested dozens of new bicycles on Tuesday so the District can have “the best mountain-bike program in the country,” Police Chief Cathy Lanier said. News4’s Tom Sherwood reports on what some call a step toward better community policing.
