DC Police Identify Armed Woman Shot, Killed by Officer

Authorities say they were forced to open fire on a woman wearing a special police officer’s uniform after she allegedly shot a neighbor who was causing damage to homes in the neighborhood. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
