DC Officially Takes Over Walter Reed Campus

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser has signed an agreement with the U.S. Army for the city to acquire 66 acres of the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, giving new hope to some business owners in the area. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
