DC Nurses to Field Less Urgent 911 Calls

Some D.C. residents who dial 911 will soon get the help they need directly over the phone. The city has launched a new program to field less urgent calls to a group of nurses to reduce the number of unnecessary ambulance runs. News4’s Aimee Cho reports.
