DC Murder Rate Hits 50 Year Low

As 2012 comes to an end, DC’s homicide rate is expected to fall below 100 for the first time in 50 years. But as Tom Sherwood reports, the good news comes as the city’s rank-and-file officers complain they haven’t had a raise in nearly five years.
