D.C. Group Holds Morning Rave

A group of D.C. residents have already had a “big night out”, and it’s not even nighttime yet. “Daybreaker” is a dance and yoga party that kicked off at 6 a.m. Tuesday morning. News 4’s Zachary Kiesch was there and, as he reports, the morning was full of surprises.
