DC Mayor Reveals Sites for 8 New Homeless Shelters

Over the next two years, eight new homeless facilities will open in Washington, D.C., one in each ward. They will provide housing for single women and families. Mayor Muriel Bowser presented the plan to the D.C. Council, but not everyone is satisfied. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
