DC Man Found Dead in Apartment That Caught Fire

A man’s death has sparked two separate investigations in D.C. William Hubbard died after he was pulled from a burning apartment on Danbury Street SE. Fire officials are investigating the cause of the blaze and police are investigating how Hubbard died. News4’s Cory Smith reports.
