DC Jail Probe: Transfer Concerns for Some Inmates

A D.C. official says dozens of federal inmates have been sent to a prison complex in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, in the past 48 hours after a surprise inspection found health and safety issues. One inmate tells News4’s Scott MacFarlane the transfers also raise concerns.
