Two More Fatal Shootings Amid DC Homicide Spike

D.C. is grappling with a spike in homicides, police data shows. In 2017, 62 people were killed in the city between January and the end of July. This year, at least 90 people have been killed. News4’s Shomari Stone reports on two shootings that occurred Monday.
