DC DMV Voter Registration Process Questioned

Some Washington, D.C. residents who thought they were registered to vote were not. News 4’s Mark Segravs found out, there appears to be a problem with the city’s “Motor/Voter” initiative that lets residents register to vote when they get their licenses.
