DC Demonstrators Call for Cardinal Wuerl to Resign

A group of demonstrators gathered outside St. Matthew’s Cathedral in D.C. and demanded Archbishop of Washington Cardinal Donald Wuerl resign. Wuerl has been accused of allowing priests accused of sexually abusing children to be reassigned or reinstated while he served as Pittsburgh’s bishop for almost 20 years.
