DC Council to Decide Fate of Initiative to Raise Minimum Wage for Tipped Workers

In June, D.C. voters approved Initiative 77, which would raise the minimum wage for tipped workers. But the D.C. Council will decide the bill’s fate during a hearing on Monday. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports both sides of the tipped wage debate.
