D.C. Police Officer Confronts Cyclist Recording Arrest

A D.C. police officer confronted a cyclist who was recording a man being arrested on a city street. Police Chief Cathy Lanier saw the video and says she was “shocked” by the officer’s actions. News4’s Tom Sherwood has more on the confrontation and aftermath.
