DC Area Residents Respond to Hurricane Matthew

A lot of people in our area have been glued to the television as Hurricane Matthew crawl up the Atlantic coast. Many have family and friends in Matthew’s path, while others have loved ones who were forced to evacuate. NBC4’s Kristin Wright reports.
