DC-Area Jewish Community Stands Against Hate

Images of white supremacists chanting “Jews will not replace us” through the streets of Charlottesville have alarmed the Jewish community in the D.C. area. Connie Liss, whose parents survived Nazi concentration camps, said the rally renews her worst fears. “It can happen again. And it’s up to good people to make sure bad people don’t do bad things. And here we are — bad people are doing bad things, and we’re not all acknowledging that badness,” she said. News4’s Chris Gordon reports.
