90-Year-Old Waits 30 Minutes for Ambulance

There’s a new explanation as to why an ambulance failed to show up for a 90-year-old woman in DC, who had to wait 30 minutes for a fire engine to ultimately take her to the hospital on Tuesday. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
