DC 911 Call Center Outage Reveals Generator Problem

The power went out at D.C.’s 911 call center during heavy winds Saturday night. On Monday, officials said the outage also revealed a problem with the backup generators. As News4’s Mark Segraves asked officials what the plan would be if 911 calls had not been able to get through at all.
