Damaged Buildings in Ellicott City Delay Residents From Getting Belongings

Ellicott City residents affected by the devastating floods were in the process of going to their damaged homes Wednesday to retrieve belongings when officials had to stop them because of two damaged buildings. News4’s Chris Gordon reports.
