DC Woman Still Recovering from 2017 Dump Truck Crash

Doctors didn’t expect Bianca Butler to survive the horrific injuries she suffered when she was struck and dragged by a dump truck on South Dakota Avenue NE on July 11, 2017. Over two years and countless surgeries later, a prosthetic leg will allow her to walk again. News4’s Pat Collins reports on Bianca’s story of perseverance.
