D.C. Seeks to Improve Traffic Light Timing

DDOT is changing the timing on traffic lights in a wide swath of downtown D.C., as far south as I-395 and as far north as U Street. The goal: Make getting through traffic more efficient for cars, pedestrians and cyclists.
