Culpeper Students Protest Suspensions of Student Athletes

Dozens of students and their parents protested Wednesday outside Culpeper County school headquarters. They say full-year suspensions of students accused of sexual misconduct are too harsh. But as Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter David Culver shows, some think the punishments are just right.
