Crews Hard at Work to Pretreat Roads

Hundreds of salt trucks were out Wednesday night to pretreat roads in hopes of preventing icy conditions. D.C. officials say any precipitation that falls Thursday could be dangerous because of the cold conditions. News4’s Shomari Stone reports.
