Cortez Opens in Shaw Just in Time for Summer

It seems like a rite of summer to sit on a roof deck and enjoy drinks and tacos. Now, there’s a spot in Shaw where you can do just that. Cortez recently opened in the Shaw neighborhood. Ryan Seelbach, the owner of Cortez, and Chef Alex Samayoa stopped by News4 Midday.
