Congress Close to Passing Ashanti Alert Act

Virginia already sends alerts about missing adults. Now, the U.S. Congress is close to passing a bill to do the same. The Ashanti Alerts are named after Ashanti Billie, who was abducted. News4’s Tracee Wilkins reports.
