Virginia Parents Used Group Chat to Catch Flashing Suspect

Parents in Herndon, Virginia, used group messaging to catch a man suspected of exposing himself to children. “No matter what direction you looked in, there were parents up and down the street. It was just amazing how everyone pitched in,” one mom said. News4’s David Culver reports.
