Fairfax County Animal Shelter waives adoption fees for Clear the Shelters

All this month, NBC4 and NBC Universal have been working hard to clear the shelters by partnering with local animal shelters and rescues. News4’s Megan McGrath visited a shelter in Northern Virginia where dozens of pets are in desperate need of loving homes.
