Charles County Speed Cameras Turned Off

Charles County is suspending its speed camera program until further notice after finding a problem with one of the cameras. That means that thousands of drivers are due refunds for tickets they paid. News4 transportation reporter Adam Tuss has more on the speed camera problem.
