Fire in Unlicensed Northwest DC Building Kills 9-Year-Old Boy

A man and a 9-year-old boy died after a fire at an unlicensed building in Northwest D.C. The building had broken smoke detectors, narrow hallways and several other code violations. News4’s Shomari Stone reports.
