DC Police Chief Signs Off After 26 Years

After 26 years of service, Police Chief Cathy Lanier retired on Thursday from the Metropolitan Police Department. She signed off by radio to applause. Plus, News4 tracked down what likely was her first interview, years before she became a police officer, in 1988 at a tractor pull championship.
