Towering Statue of Naked Woman Proposed for National Mall

A 45-foot statue of a naked woman overlooking the White House is just one of a number of things planned for Catharsis on the Mall. Organizers of the event are trying to get a permit to allow the statue to stay for at least four months.The three-day event aims to encourage equal rights for women. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
