Back to School in Loudoun County: Fewer Tests, More Kindergarteners

Young people in Loudoun County started school Monday. High school students no longer have mandatory midterms and finals; rather, teachers can set the agenda and will emphasize experiential learning. The county has a record number of kindergarten students in full-day classes. News4’s Julie Carey reports.
