Brooke Pinto to Be Youngest DC Council Member Ever

Attorney Brooke Pinto declared victory Wednesday in the special election to represent Ward 2 on the D.C. Council, replacing Jack Evans after he resigned over ethics violations. At 28, Pinto will be the youngest member in D.C. Council history. She spoke with News4’s Juliana Valencia about her priorities.
