Bribery Scheme Lands 4 People in Prison

Four people, including two U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employees, are accused of pocketing more than $20 million in bribes and kickbacks. Federal authorities are calling it “one of the most brazen bribery schemes in U.S. history.”
