Boys and Girls Clubs Crown Youth of the Year

Ryan Washington, 17, grew up in the District with a single mother and four siblings. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington were a safe haven for him, and now it’s recognizing his many achievements. News4’s Seth Lemon reports.
