Bill would limit use of lyrics in criminal trials in Maryland

Legislation in Maryland would limit lawyers’ use of a musician’s lyrics, performances and creative expression and ensure that expression is not admissible against a defendant unless the court finds clear and convincing evidence. News4’s Dominique Moody reports.
