Balloon Pilot May Not Have Known of Power Lines

The pilot of a hot-air balloon that hit power lines, caught fire and exploded in Virginia Friday may not have known the lines were there. They may not have been on a map that he used, according to Gov. Terry McAuliffe. Three people, including the pilot, were killed. More from News4’s Jim Handly.
