Area Chefs Compete in Crab Cake Competition

It was a tough job, but somebody had to do it! NBC4’s Eun Yang helped judge a crab cake cook-off at the Source restaurant in D.C. Eight local chefs competed in the American Institute of Wine and Food’s annual crab cake competition. Jeff Black, owner and executive chef of Black Restaurant Group, was named the winner.
