An officer's hope: ‘That better day is coming,' DC police veteran says

A month into 2024, homicides and shootings are down in D.C. While dozens of people have been shot, including five juveniles, it’s fewer than this time last year. The News4 I-Team spent months looking at the impact of D.C.’s gun violence while also looking for answers and signs of hope. Investigative Reporter Ted Oberg reports on what they found.
