Trains Resuming Service After Explosives Found in New Jersey

Commuter trains are resuming service after one of five devices found in a backpack near a New Jersey train station exploded while a bomb squad robot was attempting to disarm it. Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor service is operating on a modified schedule. News4’s Kristin Wright has more on how the delays are affected the Washington, D.C., area.
